Sara Rose

Sara Rose has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sara began their career in 2009 at Deloitte, where they held various roles including Human Capital Analyst, Human Capital Consultant, and Recruiter. Sara eventually became the Recruiting Manager and National Human Capital Recruiting Account Lead. In 2019, they joined AJ Capital Partners as the Human Resources Director, and later became the Chief People Officer in February 2022.

Sara Rose completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Institutions Program, at Northwestern University from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and graduated in 2017.
