The Company operates through three segments: Oil and Gas, Drilling, and Engineering & Construction (E&C). The Oil and Gas segment is engaged in the commercialization of unconventional and conventional hydrocarbons in Europe and Australia. The Drilling segment is engaged in offering drilling services to the coal industries for degasification of coal mines and associated services and commercial extraction of gas. The E&C segment is engaged in pipelines and associated construction and civil services. The Company is engaged in the installation of cross-country pipes, including the use of horizontal directional drilling techniques.
