Prior experience includes impactful positions at Saint-Gobain, where notable achievements involved implementing S&OP processes across multiple regions and ensuring optimal inventory levels. Mélanie's background also encompasses roles at ELIS, Refresco Gerber, NATUREX, and Campbell Soup Company, demonstrating expertise in production management, quality control, process optimization, and team leadership. Mélanie holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural and Food Products Processing from L'Institut Agro Montpellier.
