Scott Matics

Scott Matics is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in media and broadcast technologies. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at AJA Video Systems since January 2023, Scott manages a range of Desktop I/O products, including the KONA & Corvid lines. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Sr. Director of Product Management at Telestream, overseeing product lifecycles for solutions such as Vantage and Lightspeed Live Capture. Scott has also contributed to the media engineering community as Section Manager for the SMPTE Sacramento Section from 2012 to 2020, while previously managing product lines at Grass Valley, ParkerVision, CES Wireless Technologies Corp, General Projection Systems, PC Factory, and founding Matics Electronics. Scott's educational background includes studies at West Virginia University Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1985.
