Rahil Parkar

Rahil Parkar is an experienced engineering management professional with a diverse background in software development and customer success. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Technical Lead Manager at Ajackus since November 2020, and as Customer Success Manager at Tacnique since August 2022, Rahil is focused on elevating the hiring process for technical talent. Prior experience includes a significant role as a Senior Applications Engineer and Applications Developer at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited from September 2013 to November 2020, specializing in banking software development with expertise in Java and Oracle SQL. Additionally, Rahil contributed as a Senior Consultant at Goals for Souls and gained early experience through a summer internship at Reliance Communications. Rahil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and completed high school education in Sharjah.
