Appie Wells

Appie Wells has a comprehensive work experience in the construction industry. Starting in 2010, Appie worked as a Field Engineer at Hensel Phelps for a year. Then in 2011, Appie joined Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, initially as a Field Engineer I and then progressed to the roles of Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent until 2016. Since 2016, Appie has been associated with Ajax Building Company, starting as a Project Manager and eventually taking on roles such as Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and currently serving as the Vice President of Operations.

Appie Wells attended Clemson University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Science & Management. In addition to their degree, Appie has obtained several certifications, including LEED AP® Building Design + Construction from the U.S. Green Building Council in March 2017, Certified Healthcare Constructor from the American Hospital Association in August 2016, Certified General Contractor (CGC) from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in March 2012, and Associate Constructor from the American Institute of Constructors in May 2006.
