Sayaka Hino

Sayaka Hino serves as the Senior Director of Operations at AJE since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in operations and research to the role. Prior to this position, Sayaka held various roles at Research Square Company from February 2016 to June 2023, including Operations Director, Team Manager, and Academic Editor. Earlier experience includes being a Project Coordinator and Research Assistant at the Institute for Global Health and Infectious Diseases at UNC - Chapel Hill from May 2014 to May 2015, as well as a Graduate Research Assistant at Peers for Progress. Sayaka's career began as a Research Assistant at RTI International focused on Youth and Adolescent Health and included roles at the Center for International Development at Harvard University and the African Medical and Research Foundation. Sayaka Hino earned a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University.
