Carmen Drake

Carmen Drake was appointed by the AJFC Board of Directors to serve as its CEO in February of 2020. Ms. Drake previously served as the attorney for the Board of Directors from 2004 to 2020. Ms. Drake earned a Bachelor of Science degree from THEE Jackson State University (1993) and her Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University National Law Center (1996). Ms. Drake as devoted much of her career to public service as a Special Assistant Attorney General and as a Public Defender in Adams and Wilkinson Counties.
