David Gardner

David Gardner has extensive experience in the food industry, specifically in manufacturing and supply chain functions. David has held various leadership roles at different companies throughout their career. Currently, they are the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Ajinomoto Foods North America, where they are responsible for manufacturing, food safety, engineering, continuous improvement, procurement, logistics, and customer service. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and EVP Operations at Amy's Kitchen, where they oversaw manufacturing and supply chain functions. David also held multiple roles at Ingredion Incorporated, including Vice President of North America Supply Chain & Customer Experience, Vice President of North America Manufacturing, and Director of Regional Manufacturing. Through their roles, they have demonstrated expertise in improving service while reducing costs, strategic planning, and employee development.

David Gardner has a Master of Engineering Science (MESc) degree in Biochemical Engineering from Western University. David also holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science (BESc) degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering from the same institution.
