Gema Verdin has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management. Gema has held various leadership roles in companies such as Ajinomoto Foods North America, ZICO Beverages, BP, MARS CHOCOLATE NORTH AMERICA, EFFEM MEXICO, and MARS INC. Gema'sresponsibilities have included demand planning, master production planning, distribution resource planning, sales and operations process, customer service, logistics, supply chain optimization, supply planning, operations planning, and financial planning. Gema has successfully implemented strategies to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns, and working capital usage. Additionally, they have managed teams, developed partnerships, and achieved aggressive goals in various business segments.

Gema Verdin attended California State University, Los Angeles from 1980 to 1984. Gema obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in International Business and a minor in Transportation, Import/Export Operations. Afterward, Gema pursued CPIM certification from APICS and completed coursework at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in the field of Supply Chain Management.
