Ginger worked at Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. from 2001 to 2015, holding the role of Director of Corporate Development and Regional Chains. In 2015, they transitioned to Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. as the VP of Foodservice Sales & Corporate Development.
