Joe Figueroa

Joe Figueroa is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Corporate Engineering Manager at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. since May 2018. In this role, Joe provides engineering support across all facilities and oversees the development and implementation of projects from conception to startup. Responsibilities include managing annual capital budgets, maintaining a five-year capital plan, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, environmental sustainability, and quality. Prior to this, Joe held positions as Engineering Manager at Bykowski Equipment & Engineering Co, where design and build efforts for sanitary processing systems were key focus areas, as well as Plant Engineer at NORCAL Beverage Company and Chief Engineer at Sunkist Growers, demonstrating a strong background in project management, maintenance oversight, and technology implementation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
