Magda R. has extensive experience in the field of human resources and payroll. Magda began their career at Pactiv in 2003 as an On Account Specialist, where they handled customer overpayments, cash application, and employee training. In 2006, they joined Beam Global Spirits & Wine as a Global Accounts Receivable Supervisor, where they supervised a team, oversaw cash application postings, and led an SAP implementation project. In 2013, Magda moved to DGI Supply as a Payroll Manager and later took on the role of Accounts Receivable Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, Inc. since 2017. Magda has held various positions in the company, including Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, Payroll and Benefits Manager, Manager of HRIS, Payroll & Benefits, and Manager of HR & HRIS. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of People Operations.
