Naoya Yamato

Naoya Yamato is an experienced professional in the R&D and management sectors, currently serving as the General Manager of the Cosmetic Group R&D at Ajinomoto Co., Inc. since July 2016, and as a Principal Researcher. Naoya has held significant positions within Ajinomoto North America, Inc. and Ajinomoto do Brasil Industria e Comércio de Alimentos Ltda., including General Manager and Business Unit Manager respectively. Prior roles include Product Manager and R&D Researcher Chief at Ajinomoto Co., Inc., and a Visiting Researcher at The University of Southern Mississippi. Naoya holds an MBA from GLOBIS University and a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Waseda University, complemented by education at Shonan High School.
