Empowering Trade. Connecting Ports. Transforming Africa.

AJIRI Shipping is a pioneering short sea logistics company based in Dakar, Senegal, dedicated to strengthening intra-African trade through reliable maritime connections between West African ports.

We are building the region’s first modern short sea carrier focused exclusively on intra-ECOWAS trade—providing dedicated vessels, simplified shipping solutions, and strategic port partnerships that help governments, manufacturers, and businesses move cargo faster, cheaper, and more efficiently.

At AJIRI, we believe the future of African economic integration starts with the sea. Our mission is to unlock coastal trade corridors, reduce overland bottlenecks, and create new pathways for prosperity via river way and from Lagos to Abidjan, Dakar to Accra.

We’re more than a shipping company. We’re a movement to modernize maritime logistics for the next generation of African trade.
