Roger Ferrer Montero

Roger Ferrer Montero is a seasoned professional in drug and alcohol counseling with extensive experience in harm reduction, prevention, and education. Currently serving as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Ajuntament de Sant Cugat del Vallès since January 2020, Roger provides guidance on substance use and related risky behaviors. Prior roles include European Projects Coordinator and publisher at FUNDACIÓN SALUD Y COMUNIDAD, and Drug Technical Consultant for ABD Asociación Bienestar y Desarrollo, managing the Energy Control project and implementing the DRAC prevention program. Roger's background in social education is complemented by a Master's Degree in Drogodependencias from the School of Continuing Education at Universitat de Barcelona and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
