Since joining Ajust Design in 2022, Maria has distinguished herself through her methodical approach to challenging projects. Her natural drive for exploration keeps her pushing creative boundaries, while her background in institutional finance informs her deep understanding of investor needs. Whether designing detailed sustainability reports or data-rich presentations, she begins each project with thorough research, ensuring her solutions are both sophisticated and strategically sound.

Prior to Ajust Design, Maria refined her expertise at leading financial institutions including Mercer and Franklin Templeton. This background, combined with her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź and Parsons School of Design in New York, gives her a unique perspective that bridges institutional rigor with creative innovation.

Known for her calm demeanor and thoughtful precision, Maria brings a steady hand to complex projects while remaining open to experimentation and growth.
