Faith is an investment professional with over 10 years of experience working in the NGO, social enterprise, venture capital & donor sectors. Proven track record in sourcing, carrying out due diligence and working up deals up to investment in the energy access, agriculture, mobility and mobility sectors.

She is currently the Portfolio Coordinator at EEP Africa (Energy and Environment Partnerships Trust Fund), a clean energy financing facility. EEP Africa provides early stage grants and catalytic financing to innovative clean energy projects, technologies and business models in 15 countries across Southern and East Africa. Since 2010, EEP Africa has committed more than EUR 70 million to 250 projects.

Prior to her current role, she was the East Africa Regional Associate at Factor[e] Ventures, a US-based venture capital firm investing in early stage companies in energy, agriculture, sanitation and mobility. Faith was also the CFO of Barefoot Power Africa, a solar manufacturing company that focused on eradicating the use of kerosene to clean energy for households in 5 African countries. She is also a Mandela Washington Fellow – 2015, Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum and Global Entrepreneurship Alumni – 2016.

She is passionate about social entrepreneurship and its role in economic development – hence, employing her skills, expertise and networks to support ventures in raising the capital they require to fund their ideas, get the right talent to execute their strategies, strengthen their business models to succeed in the markets they operate in and scale to new markets to impact millions of people.
