Gunnar Christian Detlie

Gunnar Christian Detlie has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Gunnar Christian is currently the CEO of AK Jensen Group Limited since January 2021. Gunnar Christian is also the Chairman of the Board and Founder of RiskCap International Limited since March 2015. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member for NEXGEN MANAGEMENT LIMITED since April 2018. Gunnar Christian has been a Board Member for Eqology AS since May 2019, and they will end their role in April 2022.

In the past, Detlie worked as the Group Chief Operating Officer at FMG Funds from January 2008 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Research Analyst at FMG Funds from January 2003 to January 2008. Gunnar Christian also served as a Board Member for Annuva Corporate Services Limited from March 2018 to October 2020. In the early stages of their career, they worked as the Head of Trading at E*TRADE from 2000 to 2002, and as an Investment Adviser at Avanse Forvaltning AS (now DnB Asset Management) from 1998 to 2000.

Gunnar Christian Detlie has a comprehensive education history with degrees from various institutions. Gunnar Christian began their education in 1993 at BI Norwegian Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1996. Three years later, in 1996, they attended the University of Glasgow and earned an M.Phil degree in International Finance in 1997. Continuing their educational journey, Detlie enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School once again in 2000, this time pursuing a Master of Management degree in Management of Financial Institutions and Brokerage, which they completed in 2001. Most recently, in 2018, Detlie attended INSEAD, where they participated in the Executive Board Programme, enhancing their leadership skills and knowledge.
