Abby Doermann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Abby started their career as a Production Manager at The Dolphin Show in 2017. From there, they joined the Virginia Wadsworth Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts as a Stage Manager, where they worked on multiple productions and also served as an Assistant Stage Manager for specific shows. In 2018, they became the Executive Director at Arts Alliance and continued to gain experience in arts management. Abby then moved on to Aurora Productions as an Assistant Production Manager in 2019. Abby further expanded their skills by working as an Operations Associate for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin in 2020. Abby also held roles at Small Potatoes Communications, first as an Account Executive, and later as a Project Manager. In 2021, Abby became an LSAT Instructor/Tutor at Blueprint Test Prep and then took on the role of Project Manager at RPM in 2022. Most recently, they joined AKA as an Account Manager in 2023. Throughout their career, Abby has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, coordinate productions, and work effectively in various team environments.
Abby Doermann completed their education at Northwestern University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management. In 2018, they also briefly attended UCL. Prior to attending Northwestern, Abby Doermann attended Divine Savior Holy Angels High School from 2011 to 2015.
