Client Success Director at Akademos

Michelle Nip began their career in 2010 as a Project Coordinator for Events & Marketing at William Jessup University. Michelle then moved to MedAmerica in 2014, where they served as a Project Manager for Clinical Education Meeting & Events. In 2017, they joined Oklahoma State University as an Academic Advisor. In 2019, they became a Program Manager at Parents And Children Together. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Client Success Director at Akademos, Inc., where they oversee and manages a regional client portfolio of over 50 client accounts and $13MM+ revenue, focusing on client retention and increasing student utilization and revenue. Michelle also actively advocates for changes to systems utilized that will drive scalability and efficiency, provides support to head of group and develops recommendations in regards to process improvements and analysis of core systems utilized for gaps/opportunities, monitors and reports on region performance including student utilization, and overall revenue, and directly manages a team of 3-4 high-performing Client Success Managers, providing day-to-day direction and guidance for questions and escalations.

Michelle Nip obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Jessup University in 2014. Michelle then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) in Educational Administration and Supervision from California Baptist University in 2014. In October of 2014, they were certified by the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF). Additionally, they were certified in CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard by the American Red Cross in June of 2019.
