Rafael de Souza Domingues is an experienced structural engineer with a robust background in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Engenheiro II at Akaer since April 2022, Rafael leads technical training for new employees and develops composite material drones for Adasi while previously contributing to structural analysis for Honda Jet projects. Prior experience includes roles at Troya as Engenheiro de Projetos, where Rafael developed structural calculations and collaborated on significant aerospace projects, and the earlier position of Desenhista Freelance at HEINEKEN, focusing on 3D pipeline design. Rafael holds a degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from Etep and is pursuing further specialization in Computational Simulation and Structural Analysis at Instituto ESSS.
