Pcam David Anthony Ward

David Anthony Ward, PCAM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David Anthony began their career in the investments and private banking industry, where they held various roles from 2002 to 2011. In 2011, they transitioned into the hospitality sector as a guest services member at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group until 2013. Following that, they joined FirstService Residential Florida as an Assistant Property Manager and Finance Manager from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, David joined Marquis Association Management as a General Manager overseeing CAM and CMCA. David Anthony continued in this role until 2020, when they returned to FirstService Residential Florida as a General Manager, managing CAM, CMCA, and AMS. David's exceptional performance led to him being promoted to the position of General Manager, CAM, CMCA, AMS, and PCAM in 2021. In 2023, they briefly worked as an Editor at Condo Leader before joining AKAM as the Director of Business Development in June of the same year.

David Anthony Ward, PCAM, holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Maryland, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. In 2005 and 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in International Trade Management from the Universidad Pública de Navarra.

In terms of certifications, David has obtained various qualifications related to community association management. David Anthony earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute in December 2021. Prior to that, they obtained the Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification from the same institution in April 2021. In January 2018, they became a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). In July 2013, David earned the Community Association Manager (CAM) certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
