Akhilesh Pandey is a seasoned professional in information security and IT operations with extensive experience across various roles in leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Akamai Technologies since September 2022, Akhilesh has previously held key positions at Ericsson India Global Services Private Limited, where responsibilities included managing security monitoring and incident handling as Global IT Security Manager and establishing a governance model for the Security Operation Center. Additional experiences include managerial roles in development operations at M*Modal, consulting on virtualization for Microland, and leading engineering teams at eBusinessware India Pvt. Ltd. Akhilesh began a career in system administration, gaining a solid foundation in network design and implementation. Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Youth Cybersecurity Forum, Akhilesh continues to play a pivotal role in advancing cybersecurity measures within organizations.
