Ben Yagoni

Ben Yagoni is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer success and technical support within the technology sector. Most recently, Ben served as the Director and Head of Customer Success and Support for Enterprise Security at Akamai Technologies from January 2022 to October 2023, overseeing teams focused on customer onboarding, advocacy, renewals, and technical account management. Prior to this role, Ben led the Customer Success and Support teams at Guardicore, enhancing customer experiences on a global scale. Ben’s career also includes significant positions at ECI Telecom, where responsibilities spanned technical presales and project management, and a foundational role as a Network Engineer at MIRS Communications. Ben holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Holon Institute of Technology.
