Mahesh Sharma

Mahesh Sharma is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading and managing testing teams within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior II Lead Software Engineer at Akamai Technologies since March 2021, Mahesh partners with product and program management teams to oversee testing for the Akamai API Security product, employing Agile practices and integrating both manual and automated testing methods. Prior to this role, Mahesh held positions at Pensando Systems, Cisco, Ciena India Private Ltd., NetCracker, and Wipro Technologies, where responsibilities included developing and testing various network protocols, contributing to firewall solutions, and automating service delivery in complex systems. Mahesh earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University in 2010.
