Marco Mongardi

Marco Mongardi currently serves as the Network Strategy Manager at Akamai Technologies, a position held since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing and developing relationships with Internet Service Providers and datacenter operators across the EMEA region. Previously, Marco was the Head of Service Carrier Customers for Southern-Eastern Europe and Africa at Vodafone from October 2013 to August 2016, focusing on developing international products and managing customer relationships. Marco’s experience at Cable & Wireless Worldwide included leading EMEA Carrier relationships and working on customer satisfaction and process efficiency initiatives. Earlier roles involved telecommunications engineering at Vodafone and a research collaboration with the University of Bologna. Marco holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Master's in Marketing Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
