Naris Vipatapat

Naris Vipatapat possesses extensive experience in support services and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Support Services for Managed Cloud Operations and Director of Support Advocacy & Customer Success Americas at Akamai Technologies since February 2015. Prior roles at Akamai include Senior Manager and Manager of the North Americas Support Delivery Team, as well as Premium Escalation Manager, where Naris managed high visibility escalations and developed proactive support strategies. Before joining Akamai, Naris worked at Hewlett-Packard from October 2007 to January 2015 in various positions, including Premier Technical Account Manager and Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, focusing on customer support and technical solutions. Naris began a career in IT as a Systems and Network Administrator at Platinum Performance from July 2006 to August 2007. Naris holds a BS in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2006.
