Shawn Michels

Shawn Michels is an experienced professional in product management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Product Management in Cloud Computing at Akamai Technologies. Shawn has held various senior positions, including Senior Director of Operations at Verimatrix and Sr. Director of Product Management for Emerging Products at Akamai. Prior roles also include Product Line Director for Media Services and Product Manager for Multimedia Content at Aircell, as well as Director of Product Management at Entriq. As a Co-Founder and Product Manager at ClearKey Solutions, Shawn has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in developing innovative products. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
