1. Senior Software Engineer at Akamas (February 2019 - present)

2. Technical Solutions Engineer at ContentWise - Digital TV. Personalized (March 2014 - February 2019)

- Integrated the ContentWise recommendation engine with national and world-class OTT media providers

- Designed and provided functional specifications, deployed applications and cloud infrastructure, and implemented data pipelines

- Developed a custom data pipeline for AT&T DirecTV, managing real-time ingestion and aggregation of a large catalog for millions of users

3. Natural Language Understanding Engineer at Maluuba (October 2013 - March 2014)

- Worked on the development of the Italian NLP engine behind the personal assistant used by smartphones and smart TVs

- Engineered features and developed Python scripts to augment datasets

4. Jr. Package Engineer and Software Developer at STMicroelectronics (November 2012 - July 2013)

- Worked on thermal modeling of integrated circuit packages and developed a fitting tool for thermal curves

Luca Cavazzana completed their education in the field of Computer Engineering. Luca obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Luca then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution, graduating in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Luca has also obtained various certifications. These include the "Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine Specialization" from Google, received in January 2022, the "EE585x: Space Mission Design and Operations" certificate from École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, obtained in May 2020, and the "Deep Learning Specialization" certificate from deeplearning.ai, obtained in April 2018, among others.
