Joana Carreto

Joana Carreto has a diverse work experience in various industries. Joana started their most recent position as Head of Engineering and Q&V at Holigen in 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Validation Engineer at ALTEN Portugal, where they were involved in projects related to medicinal cannabis and pharmaceuticals. Joana also served as a Validation Engineer at Activeng, Lda, where they focused on equipment and utilities qualification. Earlier in their career, Joana worked as a Chemical Analyst and Qualification and Validation Technician at Sofarimex, and as a Controlo da Qualidade intern at Generis Farmaceutica SA.
