Franz Dias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager - eCommerce at Akasa Air since December 2022, Franz leads the development and vision for the airline's digital platforms, including the booking engine and chatbot. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager - Digital Marketing at Jio World Centre, where Franz managed key digital products, and as Product Manager - eServices at Jet Airways, focusing on online booking and self-service solutions. Additional roles at Qtech Software Pvt Ltd and Zapak Digital Entertainment involved leadership in product development and digital innovations. Franz holds an MBA in Communication Management from Symbiosis International University and a BMM in Advertising from St. Xavier's College, along with a non-graduating exchange experience at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
