Dylan Cooke

Dylan Cooke is a Paralegal at Akaysha Energy since November 2023, focusing on commercial, strategy, and legal matters. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at Piper Alderman, specializing in restructuring, insolvency, and special situations from December 2022 to November 2023, and as a Paralegal at Eakin McCaffery Cox, where responsibilities encompassed M&A, banking and finance, as well as insolvency and restructuring from July 2021 to December 2022. Dylan also held a position as a Law Clerk focused on legal administration, accounts, and finance. Dylan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at UNSW, expected to graduate in 2025, and holds a Higher School Certificate from Knox Grammar School, completed in 2020.
