Tim Hoban

Tim Hoban is a seasoned professional in renewable energy and sustainability, currently serving as the General Manager of Development ANZ at Akaysha Energy since January 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of Energy Innovation Lead at the City of Melbourne, where key achievements included launching the Power Melbourne initiative and advocating for renewable energy policies. Tim's expertise extends to developing climate change strategies and delivering renewable energy projects as a Sustainability Officer. At Monash University, Tim served as the Net Zero Project Engineer, focusing on a Net Zero Emissions Strategy, and also contributed as an Energy Auditor, managing energy audits and developing technical briefings. Tim holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from Monash University, completed in 2015.
