Gergely Borosi

Dr. Gergely Borosi graduated from Miskolc University in Hungary in 1998 as a Process Engineer. He also holds a PhD (2003) from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg in Germany and an MBA (2016) from KROK Business School Kyiv, Ukraine. He started his career as a Scientific Assistant at Otto-von-Guericke University. He moved to the cement sector in 2002 and since then has held different positions in the technical center of Holcim Group in Switzerland such as Consultant and Project Manager, as well as Process Manager, Production Manager in Russia, Nigeria and Syria. and worked in different positions such as Factory Manager. Between 2013-2014, he served as the General Manager at the Russia Knauf Insulation Tyumen Factory.

He was appointed as the Factory Manager of HeidelbergCement's Kryvyi Rih Factory in Ukraine in 2014 and became the Technical Director of HeidelbergCementUkraine in 2016. He has been working as the Technical Director of HeidelbergCement Kazakhstan in Kazakhstan since 2017.
