Vecih Yilmaz

Mr. Yılmaz graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration in 2005, and simultaneously completed the Political Science and Public Administration minor program at the same university. She completed her master's degree in Financial Economics at Galatasaray University in 2012. Having started his career as an auditor at Deloitte in 2005, Mr. Joining the Sabancı Group in 2009, Yılmaz served as the Financial Planning, Analysis and Investor Relations Manager at Sabancı Holding between 2009 and 2013, and as the Financial Control and Risk Manager at Enerjisa Enerji between 2013 and 2015. Between 2015 and 2017, he held the positions of CFO at Assan Panel and Financial Affairs Director at Kibar Holding, respectively at Kibar Group. Joining Sabancı Group again in 2017, Mr. Yılmaz was appointed as the Finance Director at Sabancı Holding between June 2017 and April 2019, and also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Kordsa and Yünsa. Mr. Yılmaz served as Assistant General Manager of Finance and Financial Affairs at Çimsa from April 2019 until December 2022. He has been appointed as the General Manager of Akçansa as of 1 December 2022.
