Erick Cortelezzi

Erick Cortelezzi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR for AKD International in Peru since January 2014, where responsibilities include supporting national drilling projects. Prior to this role, Erick held positions such as Principal Consultant at HD Partners, HR Manager at Transcom, and Supervisor of HR at Barrick Gold Corporation, with a focus on recruitment, selection, and employee management. Erick's education includes a Master's in Conflict Management from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, a Diploma in Human Talent Management from Politecnico de Colombia, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, complemented by additional diplomas in digital learning strategies and talent development.
