Monique Verkuilen

Monique Verkuilen is a seasoned civil law notary and partner at AKD, where Monique has been employed since October 1994. Monique specializes in providing legal advice on Dutch corporate law to a diverse clientele, focusing on the establishment, reorganization, and restructuring of companies. Prior to this role, Monique gained experience as a candidate civil-law notary at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from October 1993 to October 1994. Monique holds a law degree from Leiden University and has studied at Université Bourgogne Europe, in addition to completing education at Strabrecht College in Geldrop.
