Elizabeth Bonilla

Elizabeth Bonilla, CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Elizabeth started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2007 as an Experienced Associate, where they performed detailed audit testing, documented tests of internal controls, and assisted in the preparation of various financial filings. In 2010, they joined Staples and held roles such as Senior Accountant and Supervisor, Corporate Accounting. At Staples, they supervised a team of accountants, managed the close process, and ensured compliance with accounting policies. Since 2014, Elizabeth has been working at Akebia Therapeutics, where they have held various roles including Accounting Manager, Associate Director of Finance, Director of Finance, and Assistant Corporate Controller. Currently, they serve as the Director of Accounting Operations at Akebia Therapeutics.
