With a strong background in project management and process improvement, Roland has successfully led teams on software development projects, equipment optimization, and process control initiatives. Roland holds a Master's degree in Chemistry and Computer Science, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, and Computer Science from Western Kentucky University.
