Zev Orzy

Zev Orzy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and mentoring, currently serving as Co-Founder of Akela Consulting, which focuses on supporting innovative small businesses in securing government funding for R&D in emerging technologies. Zev also acts as a Program Judge and Mentor at MassChallenge and a Mentor at Techstars, aiding early-stage startups in navigating non-dilutive government funding opportunities. Previously, as Team Leader and Co-Department Lead at Eagle Point Funding, Zev successfully managed a team of consultants, contributing to the acquisition of substantial federal funding for various high-tech sectors. Earlier work includes military service as a Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces and various roles in marketing and research. Zev holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Reichman University and has studied at Dalhousie University.
