Cyril Secourgeon

Cyril Secourgeon has extensive work experience in the field of design, with a focus on user experience. Cyril is currently employed as the Head of Design at Akeneo, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, Cyril worked at UBank from December 2018 to January 2022, where they held the role of Experience Design Manager and was responsible for leading a team of designers and researchers. Before UBank, Cyril worked at Westpac as a Human Centred Design Manager from June 2016 to November 2018, as well as a Senior CX Designer from June 2015 to June 2016. Cyril'sprevious experience includes roles as a Senior User Experience Designer at Bauer Media Australia from July 2014 to July 2015, a User Experience Designer at Fairfax Media from April 2012 to June 2014, a User Experience Designer at LexisNexis from February 2011 to March 2012, a User Interface (UI) Manager at BNP Paribas Assurance from November 2007 to December 2010, and a Web Information Architect at Reed Exhibitions from June 2005 to October 2007.

Cyril Secourgeon completed their Master's degree in Marketing at ISEG from 1999 to 2003. After that, they pursued an MBA in the Management of Information and Communication Technologies at emlyon business school from 2003 to 2004.
