Matt Rawding

Matt Rawding is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and professional services management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Akeneo since March 2019, Rawding has held various roles including Sr. Director of Professional Services and Customer Success for the Americas and Professional Services and CSM Director for North America. Prior to this, Rawding spent nearly six years at Adobe in multiple product marketing management roles and consulting positions. Rawding's career began at Neolane, where significant contributions included mentoring, developing customized solutions, and presenting to large audiences. Early experience includes working as an Associate in Technical Consulting at Endeca. Rawding earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Operations Research from Cornell University in 2008.
