Anniken Nordby Færgestad

Anniken Nordby Færgestad has a range of experience in finance and accounting roles. Anniken is currently the Vice President of Finance at Aker BioMarine ASA since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Group Reporting at Elkjøp Nordic AS from August 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Elkjøp Nordic AS, Anniken served as the Konsernregnskapssjef at NorgesGruppen from June 2019 to August 2021. Anniken also has experience as a Finance Manager at Herkules Capital from June 2016 to June 2019. Anniken's career began at EY, where they worked their way up from an Associate (audit assurance) from August 2006 to August 2008, followed by roles as a Senior Associate from August 2008 to September 2013, and finally as a Manager from September 2013 to June 2016.

Anniken Nordby Færgestad has a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from BI Norwegian Business School (2010-2011). Anniken also holds a CEMS Master's degree in International Management from HEC Paris (2006). Anniken earned their Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics, specializing in Accounting and Financial Management, with a focus on International Leadership from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) (2002-2006). Additionally, they pursued a course in German for Business at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2001-2002.
