Marion Mascherin

Marion Mascherin currently serves as the Process Engineering Manager at Aker BioMarine AS, overseeing a team of three engineers and managing projects from concept through to plant performance. Previously, Marion held the role of Commissioning Engineer, providing technical assistance for new plant startups. Prior to Aker BioMarine, Marion was the Plant Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at IBA RadioPharma Solutions, leading operations for a radiopharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Experience also includes serving as Operational Excellence Project Manager and Production Manager at GSK, where Marion managed lean manufacturing initiatives and oversaw a team of 50 production operators. Marion holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from ENSIC and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Lorraine.
