Stig Grafsrønningen

Stig Grafsrønningen has a diverse work experience, particularly in the field of data science and project management. Stig currently holds the position of Director of Data and Analytics at Aker BioMarine ASA since April 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Data Science at the same company from March 2020 to April 2022. In 2020, Stig Grafsrønningen also founded their own consulting firm, Grafs Consulting, where they served as the Principal Consultant and Owner. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Data Scientist at NextBridge Group AS. Before that, they were employed at Future Technology AS as a Project Manager for their RnD project, where they managed a team of up to seven people and handled various technical and management tasks. Stig Grafsrønningen also worked as a Senior Engineer at FMC Technologies, specializing in flow assurance, where they led a team of 10 people and worked on projects related to CFD, cooldown testing, and tendering. Stig Grafsrønningen obtained a Master of Science/Sivilingeniør degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2002 and 2007. Stig then pursued further education at the University of Oslo (UiO), where they completed a Philosophiae doctor degree in Fluid Mechanics from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they also attended the Technical University of Munich in 2005-2006, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this time period.
