Yunpeng Ding

Yunpeng Ding's work experience includes being the Director of R&D, Human Nutrition at Aker BioMarine since March 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior statistician at Smerud Medical Research from August 2018 to February 2021, where they were responsible for leading statistical analysis in multiple phase I/II clinical trials in drug development. Additionally, they were a member of the Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) for several projects. Prior to Smerud Medical Research, Yunpeng Ding worked as a Senior Researcher at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health from February 2016 to July 2018.

Yunpeng Ding completed a Bachelor of Medicine degree in Medicine from Harbin Medical University from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Public Health from Harbin Medical University from 2008 to 2011. Yunpeng Ding then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Epidemiology from the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2012 to 2017.
