Bart Switynk is a seasoned subsea engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Subsea Engineer at Aker BP ASA since March 2021, Bart has previously held significant roles at notable companies including Macro Offshore AS and Eni Norge AS, where responsibilities ranged from developing subsea systems for major projects to supporting logistics and marine operations. Bart's foundational career includes positions at BP, Helix, Vroon, and Preussag Energie Gmbh, focusing on health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) management and quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Technology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and training in Process Technology from ROC Westerschelde.
