Farin Farzadi, EMBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, Farzadi holds the positions of Senior Project Control Lead and Subsea Service Manager at Aker BP ASA, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Farzadi worked for Aker Solutions from 2013 to 2022, progressing through various roles including Portfolio Planning Manager, Project Planning Manager, and Project Planning Lead. Before joining Aker Solutions, Farzadi was a Planning & Schedule Control Principle Engineer at GS E&C from 2011 to 2013. From 2004 to 2011, Farzadi worked at EIED as a Planning & Project Control Lead. Farzadi's career began at Ramshir Construction & Technical Co. in 2000, where Farzadi served as a Planning & Project Control Engineer until 2004.

Farin Farzadi, EMBA, earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from IAU between 1994 and 1999. Later, between 2007 and 2009, they pursued an Executive MBA from the Industrial Management Institute. In addition to their academic degrees, Farin obtained a certification in Construction Management from Columbia University in the City of New York in January 2017, as well as a certification in Managing Project Risks and Changes from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business in January 2016.
