Gunn-Elin Hellegaard

Gunn-Elin Hellegaard is an experienced project manager currently leading the Grieg Aasen Future project at Aker BP ASA since October 2022, overseeing the unified operation of the Edvard Grieg and Ivar Aasen fields. Previously, Gunn-Elin served as Project Manager for the Energy Society at ONS, focusing on integrating the oil and gas industry's expertise into sustainable energy innovation. With a strong background at Aker BP, Gunn-Elin held various leadership roles, including VP of Digital Transformation, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise portfolio management, strategic partnerships, and digital talent development. Earlier experiences include aviation leadership roles at BP and Talisman Energy, emphasizing operational performance and safety in helicopter operations, alongside a career in sales and asset management in the helicopter sector at Heli-One Norway. Gunn-Elin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Service Management from the University of Stavanger.
